Overview

The Stop Sign Flashing LED Ring is a perimeter-mounted LED enhancement designed to increase recognition of R1-1 STOP signs while maintaining low power consumption. The system outlines the sign border with red LEDs to improve visibility in nighttime and low-contrast conditions. It is intended for roadway applications and can be deployed on new or existing STOP signs.

Retrofittable Installation

The LED Ring can be installed on existing or new STOP signs without special fabrication using structural VHB tape or mechanical fasteners (set screws). The design supports fast field installation and straightforward upgrades to existing infrastructure.
